Every day, mountains of perfectly usable building products and materials are discarded from strip-out and demolition projects, leading to avoidable carbon emissions, pollution, biodiversity loss, resource depletion, and a massive loss of financial value. 

While the circular economy has gained traction as a concept, practical action still lags a long way behind. Over the years, we’ve experienced firsthand the frustrations that go with trying to make reuse happen, and they are often centered around very practical and logistical challenges.
